Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and more.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates through phone and in-person interviews to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, while adhering to timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various technical roles, skills, and terminologies to effectively assess and match candidates.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skil

- Expertise in hiring IT candidates for various profiles

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
