Job Title: SAP Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top SAP talent across various modules and industries. The SAP Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize different channels (job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals) to identify potential candidates for SAP roles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP professionals.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the job.
Interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for SAP roles.
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers regarding the recruitment process and candidate progress.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to SAP positions and industry trends.
Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP technologies and career paths to enhance recruitment efforts.
Candidate Engagement:
Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with a seamless and positive experience.
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding role expectations, company culture, and career opportunities.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks for SAP roles to inform hiring practices and compensation packages.
Identify new avenues for talent acquisition to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any Stream with relevant experience given below:
Proven experience in recruiting for SAP positions, with a strong understanding of various SAP modules (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.).
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a corporate or consulting environment focused on SAP solutions.
Industry certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Knowledge of current SAP trends and technologies.
