Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

-Handling Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection

-Understand & analyze the requirements assigned and sourcing the Resumes using various channels

-Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US and visa types

-Work closely to meet timely submissions of qualified consultants against open requirements

-Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc

-Negotiating pay rates and contracts between vendors and candidates

-Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding

-Target attainment as assigned

-Preparing recruitment reports.

-To Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices during the hiring process

Job Requirements:

-Good Exposure to end to end Recruitment Process.

-Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals/DB Search, Job Postings, Social Networking Sites and Vendors contacts

-Must be having Good Communication and Presentation Skills

-Must have Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.

-The ability to handle multiple tasks / requirements and to work in a fast-paced work environment

-Must have a keen interest in working in IT /Technology environment
