SAP FICO Technical Lead

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 5 years in S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling.

Proven experience in full life cycle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.

Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and integration with other modules (MM, SD).

Proficiency in SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design effective SAP solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4 HANA Finance is preferred.

Experience with SAP Fiori apps and other SAP tools is a plus.

Extensive experience in managing AMS projects, including incident management, service request fulfillment, and change management

. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Perform fit/gap analysis, effort estimation, and develop functional specifications for custom developments.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

Manage data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, addressing any functional issues or enhancements.

Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with business processes.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Lead and manage AMS projects, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP FICO module

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Bachelors or master s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MBA or a CA would be preferable.
