Tech Lead - MERN Stack Development (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a MERN Tech Lead with 6+ years of experience to lead a team of developers, delivering end-to-end solutions across web and mobile platforms.

The role involves providing solutions, creating architectures, developing and delivering, managing performance, overseeing CI/CD pipeline setup, and ensuring code quality and timely delivery of teams for various client projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team, delivering web and mobile (React Native) solutions.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and ensure best practices.

- Manage client communication, handle performance tuning, and optimize scalable solutions for both web and mobile projects.

- Collaborate with clients to deliver vertically integrated solutions.

- Ensure high-quality code standards and timely delivery.

- Build and optimize Microservices architecture for scalable applications.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience with- MERN- stack technologies: React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and React Native.

- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Microservices architecture, CI/CD setup, Agile development, and version control (Git, Bitbucket).

- Experience leading cross-functional teams with a focus on scalability, usability, and end-to-end customer experience.
