Program Management

Set up and develop engineering team (both local and distributed)

Domain Chapter Lead

Drive the execution of the initiatives supporting the strategy of domain expertise development

Build, develop and oversee multiple clusters of technology professionals in India and around the world

Oversee leadership and execution of the domain chapter in control and report to the global organization

People management and career development advisory for growing professionals in automotive area

Drive the execution of the Advanced Hiring strategy

Drive the execution of the training programs
