Personal Attributes

Experience and Qualifications Required

Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
Required hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Technologies .
Preferable to have hands on experience in on-prem to Cloud migration .
Having previously worked on Murex will be an added advantage .
Must have a good SQL knowledge (PL SQL and query optimization is a plus)
Hands on industry renowned CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins etc (Gitlab preferable)
Knowledge in Ansible, Terraform, Gitlab pipelines, yaml is preferrable.
Basic or midrange scripting knowledge (Shell scripting, PowerShell) is preferable.
Hands on experience in Python is an added advantage.
Hands on experience / know how of cloud technologies (AWS is preferable).
Experience in Scrum and Agile practices.
Knowledge on scheduling tools like Control-M is an advantage
Technical experience as a Devops Lead(min 5 years)
Good communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Willing to adopt Hybrid working mode and work in Bangalore Office.
Experience in Financial or an investment banking environment.
Familiarity with financial products and financial terms.
Excellent analytical skills, Attention to Detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to IT and business teams and to senior management.
Strong negotiation / influencing skills able to overcome resistance and reach consensus and compromise to attain the required objective
