Who are we looking for? What is the work?

Lead and Guide Teams while oversee the design, development, and deployment of CRM applications and integrations.
Understand Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Customize Zoho Applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications to meet organizational requirements, including workflows, modules, and reports.
Develop Custom Solutions using Zoho Creator and scripting tools like Deluge.
Integrate Systems seamlessly connecting Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data flow.
Manage Projects while defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring on-time and quality execution.
Provide Support while troubleshooting issues, maintain Zoho systems, and recommend improvements for enhanced functionality.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Act as a technical liaison for clients and teams, delivering presentations, status updates, and technical documentation.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications, including customization and integration.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Salesforce and Pipedrive , Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.
Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with business processes like sales, finance, and HR workflows.
Proven ability to manage projects and lead technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities.
