Who are we looking for? Technical Lead - CMS What is the work?

Manage and mentor a team of software engineers and technical team leaders, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects for international clients, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Apply your coding expertise to support technical teams, resolve issues, and ensure development best practices.
Drive the successful execution of projects related to AI/ML and web technologies, aligning technical deliverables with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
Accurately forecast project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing clear estimations to stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling escalations, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.
Ensure timely project completion, meeting client expectations, quality standards, and project scope.
Guide projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from inception to delivery and support.
Work both independently and collaboratively with a remote, cross-functional team across different time zones.
Build rapport and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Should be available in extended hours when required.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Proven experience managing multiple international projects simultaneously.
Should have experience of handling projects and clients on upwork.
Should have experience of handling projects in PHP and its framework, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
Hands-on coding experience in web technologies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing software engineers and technical team leaders.
Experience in project planning, estimation, monitoring, and control.
Ability to handle client escalations and deliver projects within scope and timelines.
Solid understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
