Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements
Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of software development experience and 2+years as a lead ● Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contribution
● Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities
● Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity
● Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts
● Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles
● Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate
● Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices
● Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databases
● Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,
Job Responsibilities:Guide and mentor a team of developers in Java application development, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership and support for complex development tasks, assisting team members in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Oversee integration with various external systems and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture, design decisions, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and product owners, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
