Control Technical Lead

• Lead Technical Projects: Drive technical project activities lead customer kick-off meetings and ensure successful project execution from design to commissioning.

• Customer and Project Management: Participate in project risk reviews manage project budgets in term of man-days allocated to the engineering tasks and provide regular progress updates.

• Design and Documentation: Analyse customer specifications write project technical documentation and validate technical solutions with customers.

• Technical Oversight: Specify software and IEDs manage technical execution planning and ensure adherence to GE Vernova safety standards.

• Issue Resolution: Address technical deviations manage fault reports and support site engineers remotely or on-site.

• Testing and Commissioning: Lead Factory Acceptance Tests Site Acceptance Tests and coordinate with commissioning teams for major site milestones.

• Training and Support: Provide project-specific training to customers support tendering and commercial teams and ensure customer satisfaction through professional project execution.

• Educational Background: B. E or BTech. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: Over five years of control system-related experience.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SCADA communication protocols Windows OS Microsoft Office and database applications.

• Design Expertise: Proficient in designing and programming electrical control systems including SCADA/HMI cybersecurity network equipment IEC61850 Firewalls and more.

• GE Substation Automation Solutions: Preferred candidates will have proven knowledge in this area.

• Travel: Ability to travel globally with short periods.

• Automation and Control Systems: In-depth knowledge of automation electrical control systems SCADA/DCS systems and networking communication protocols.

• Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong interpersonal problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Independent and Flexible: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a flexible approach to working hours.

• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cooperate across departments.
