Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web Logic Application Server Java Message Service MySQL Java Server Faces Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and Core Java. Experience in the Hotels and Food Services domain is a plus. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of complex software solutions using Web Logic Application Server Java Message Service and MySQL.

Oversee the design and development of applications using Java Server Faces Spring Boot and Microservices.

Provide technical expertise in Spring Core and REST Web Services to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and maintain high-quality code using Core Java adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.

Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.

Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Web Logic Application Server Java Message Service and MySQL.

Demonstrate expertise in Java Server Faces Spring Boot and Microservices.

Have in-depth knowledge of Spring Core and REST Web Services.

Exhibit proficiency in Core Java and related technologies.

Experience in the Hotels and Food Services domain is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
