Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support Reporting & Analytics team for tasks required for definition, improvement, and delivery to the organization s stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive dashboards Qlik dashboards to support business strategically and bring new insights to the stakeholders.
- Continuous review of existing reporting tool to ensure tool is fully utilized
- Prepare reports using Qlik and provide trend analysis statistics to assist in reporting. Lead in managing overall deliverable for key stakeholders
- Continuously bring in improvements and efficiency in the reporting deliverables using features of Qlik tool and other associated reporting tools
- Automate manual ways of generating periodical reports to gain efficiency and take forward data analysis capability to next level
Requirements
- BE, BTech, Graduate (Math s, science, and Stats)
- About 4- 5 years of core experience in data handling, data Modeling, reporting using Qlik sense and QlikView and process related environment, preferably in Insurance, Banking and Finance.
- Hands on professional with thorough knowledge of Data modeling, scripting, Data sources integration and advanced visualization development in Qliksense.
- Hands on experience with data transformation, Creation of QVD files and set analysis.
- Must be efficient in front end development and know visualization best practices.
- Experienced in dealing with large volumes of data and app performance improvement techniques.
- Hands on experience in optimizing Qliksense dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy.
- Sound knowledge in SQL.
- Good understanding of Data warehousing solutions and ETL process.
- Good to have knowledge on R or python.
- Ability to understand functional/business requirement and convert them into technical requirements.
- Document and maintain technical documentation for dashboards and related development activities.
- Exposed to user and stakeholder management, reporting, process improvement, and assisting the leads in the governance forums
- Strong attention to details and meticulous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
- Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos is a plus.
- Qliksense or Qlikview certified professional is preferred.
