Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MarkLogic Tech Lead who is responsible for designing, developing, and managing solutions using the MarkLogic NoSQL database platform. The role involves leading a team of developers, architecting data models, optimizing database performance, and ensuring robust data integration. The Tech Lead collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and delivers scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the design and implementation of MarkLogic-based solutions.
*Develop and maintain XML/JSON-based data models, XQuery scripts, and APIs.
*Ensure optimal database performance, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MarkLogic with enterprise systems.
*Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
*Manage version control, deployment, and documentation processes.
*Troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of the MarkLogic platform.
*Strong experience with MarkLogic and NoSQL databases.
*Proficiency in XQuery, JavaScript, REST APIs, and XML/JSON.
*Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise data architecture.

Role, Requirements and Qualifications:
*3-5 year experience
*Proficient in MarkLogic, XQuery, Optic query and Semantic Technologies
*Hands-on experience with datahub framework.
*Hands-on experience with Apache Nifi.
*Should be comfortable using cloud platforms specifically Azure.
*Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
*Knowledge of tools such as Git bash, Gradle and any one IDE.
*Experience in working as part of DevOps team.
