Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to scope, design, document, implement and deliver end to end infrastructure solutions to use L+G s Products to accomplish their business tasks.
• Support new solutions and deliver new services, which meet the needs of the customer and are beneficial to Landis+Gyr s Gridstream Solution in the public cloud as well as private infrastructure.
• Work directly with customers or program team for requirement ,enhancement and resolve any issues related to the solution.
• Contribute to the Smart Grid Services culture by actively participating in the evolution of best practices, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of newly integrated products, technologies , Patching , Migrations etc.
• Support Migration from one cloud environment to another cloud environment.
• Build relationships with vendors of Infrastructure support.
• Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Develop standards, best practices, patterns, and processes to support.
• Supports and adheres to Company s core values.
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.
• Supports and adheres to Company s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
• Represents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.

Core Activities

• Ability to prepare SOP from scratch.
  • Capacity Planning , Cloud Migration , Troubleshooting etc.
  • Deployment Support for Installations
• Execute and support migrations.
• Technical Build and Support Environment setups, Configurations
• Should be well versed with System Audits requirements and methodologies.
• Ability to Indulge in Critical Customer Issues and drive the solution.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Coach and Mentor Team Members
• Ability to Build and Support POC, Sandboxes, Customer Environments
• Experience in Writing Technical Documents, and Prepare Architectural Diagrams
• Experience in Public and Private Cloud ( Azure , GCP ).
• Experience in Collaborating with Customer Support, Product Support
• Well versed with Networking, Data and Security Terminologies

Technology Stack

• Google Cloud Platform/Azure ( Mandatory ) /AWS / OnPrem GCP - Good to have.
• Ansible, Terraform, Python, Windows, Unix / Linux / Red-hat Flavors - Unix/Linux is Mandatory .
