Job Description

  • Responsible for technical delivery risk management.
    TDL
  • Oversee and ensure the successful completion of domain technical deliverables in a project, owning the technical strategy, cost, quality, and schedule, working in close collaboration with project PM in Market Services organization.
  • Responsible for tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the domain technical deliverables on track and within the domain specific
  • ASBL handed over cost budget.
    Ensure quality is always matching the accepted standard levels as per Customer requirement.
  • Accountable to assemble domain Central Delivery Services (CDS) and
  • Central Delivery Care (CDC) teams and manage resources to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Responsible for resource demand creation and time registration approval in MyERM, for S&C Domains resources.


Skills and experience
  • Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in project management, services/care delivery
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills. Highly organized with strong focus on driving results
  • Sound technologies and business understanding at CNS business units level.
  • Knowledgeable of Core Networks and Business Applications technologies, Nokia portfolio, and business environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering strong financial results in key Core Networks and/or Applications projects.
Key responsibilities
  • Leads central and local technical delivery of own scope, in coordination with PM and when applicable with E2E TPM.
  • Acts as primary technical interface and first escalation point within the project for relevant Domain Product and Delivery issues.
  • Has full responsibility on Domain technical delivery strategy, ensures delivery in line with committed Domain scope, timelines, key (revenue) milestones, technical delivery costs vs ASBL and quality.
  • Follows and implements AIM methodology/EXECUTE process.
  • Contributes/pushes for acceptance certification for all milestones as defined in the SOW / payment plan.
  • Responsible for the adoption of DevOps blueprints that are available for the product(s) being implemented.
  • Supports Care Handover and project closure with the PM and liaises with the Care contact pre and post project completion.
  • Promotes the use of best practices and reusables for the project.
  • Accountable for E2E SW Upgrade Service (SUS) deliverable for respective Domain.
  • Align and support DDL on delivery sign-off, PTA hand over and, acknowledge S&C Domain delivery plan, scope, cost, solution, resources, risks & acceptance.
  • Track the ASBL at all times & follow NCC process where applicable and provide the cost category details on both EAC, transformation and NCC.
  • Approve time booking in MyERM and ensure cost adherence to ASBL.
  • Ensures that resources adhere to quality standards during deployment.
  • Responsible for Delivery Project Performance management reports and KPIs, for respective Domain.
  • Attend Monthly Project business review and responsible to present the Domain project deliverables and changes.
Parameters for success (KPIs):
  • Domain deliverables in alignment with agreed scope, timeline/milestones and quality.
  • Adherence and improvement to project costs (cost control ASBL vs current estimate).
  • Adoption of DevOps, where blueprints exist for the product being deployed.
  • Availability (storage) of project technical deliverables.
  • Minimizing critical programs issues/escalations to S&C leadership.
  • Customer satisfaction and Project satisfaction survey.
  • Demand planning accuracy and fulfilment for all S&C Domain projects.
  • Project Milestones achievement, Schedule and Cost adherence KPI.

  • S&C CDS and CDC, Delivery Success, x-Domain.
  • S&C Market Services Technical Project Manager, Care Customer Manager, Customer Technical Lead and Customer Architect.
