Technical Architect (SFDC)

The Salesforce Technical Architect is a key member of the SRMTech Salesforce team, responsible for designing and implementing scalableand robust solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role involves providingtechnical leadership, capturing requirements, designing solutions, anddelivering technologies that meet client business goals and technicalrequirements.

The Technical Architect will collaborate closely with ProjectManager and various stakeholders to understand business needs and translatethem into technical designs that align with best practices and industrystandards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background inSalesforce platform development and architecture, capable of workingindependently and thriving in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Excellentcommunication skills are essential for effective collaboration with businessoperations and stakeholders.

A successful Technical Architect has robustdevelopment experience and enjoys developing technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforcesolutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to developmentteams throughout the project lifecycle.

Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutionsthat meet business requirements and align with platform best practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to codingstandards and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze businessrequirements and translate them into technical designs.

Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies,recommending solutions that enhance our Salesforce practice.

Mentor and coach junior developers to foster their growthand development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Document solutions clearly and articulately, includingartifacts like code samples and screen captures.

Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives forresolution.

Manage multiple client engagements and coordinate withassociated team members.

Lead consultative engagements with clients to addresstechnical and business challenges related to their Salesforce initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications andSkills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce platformdevelopment and architecture.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified ApplicationArchitect or Salesforce Certified System Architect .

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features,capabilities, and limitations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns andexperience integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components,and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce data modelling and databasedesign.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams andstakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with theability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in solution architecture/design within SaaS CRMor other Salesforce platforms.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools related toSalesforce deployment.

Knowledge of other CRM platforms and their integration withSalesforce.

Proficiency in using tools like JIRA,Confluence, and version control systems.
