Key Responsibilities

Shared Responsibilities:

• Design and develop flexible, scalable technology solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage external client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve project objectives.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

Technical Architect:

• Oversee the end-to-end architecture of technology solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology trends and implementation.
• Drive innovation in project design and execution.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and company policies.
• Certifications: Vlocity CPQ, OM certifications preferred.

Lead Engineer:

• Hands-on development and customization of Salesforce/Vlocity platforms.
• Manage day-to-day technical operations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with architects to implement designs effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in developing technology solutions.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce/Vlocity platform development.
• Relevant Salesforce/Vlocity certifications (e.g., CPQ, OM).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to adapt to new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Experience managing client projects with increasing responsibility.
• Expertise in creating solutions that address both current and future client needs.
