JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1. PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSMS, Toad/Oracle Client Tools, SQL, Strong Development, Strong Communication, Strong Analytical skills, Infosys Enterprise Data Privacy Suite (iEDPS), Infosys Workbench
2. Developing in MSSQL Software, SSMS, Precise, ServiceNow, Windows Server OS, Azure, AWS, T-SQL, Powershell, BitBucket, Strong MSSQL Adminstration,
3. Strong scripting/automation abilities, SDLC Deployments, Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Root Cause Analysis,
4. Excellent communication both verbal and written, Weekly On-Call rotation,
5. Ability to lead and drive solutions to problems, Support multiple development teams,
6. Support multiple high-visible projects at-once
7. MSSQL, pl/sql (8+ years of experience in development of stored procedures, Package,Functions, Trigger, View, and wrapper sqls)
8. Design and develop Crystal standard (SAP Crystal Reports 2020) and ad-hoc reports using Oracle 12c database
9. Handle BI Folder security, user/group security using CMC
10. Migration of BI reports using promotion management tool
11. Monitor and support existing schedules using, use Query builder to analyze report schedules
12. Investigate and fix production issues related to BI universes and WebI report
13. Investigate and fix production issues related to Crystal reports
14. Investigate and improve performance issues related to BI WebI report and Crystal reports
15. Address different issues through JIRA and Salesforce
16. Strong analytical and rational thinking
17. Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
