Technic constructions is looking for Recovery / Collection Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Manage delinquent accounts by contacting customers and negotiating repayment plans.
- Develop strategies to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Track and monitor overdue payments and escalate cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with legal teams to initiate recovery proceedings for unresolved cases.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities and update account statuses.
