Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0 to 1 year of experience in IT services. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development within the IT sector.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, present our IT services, and understand their business needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospects.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with lead information and track progress.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
Report Generation: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Cold Calling: Basic experience in making cold calls and handling customer interactions.
Email Marketing: Understanding of email marketing tools and techniques.
LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with using LinkedIn for business networking and lead generation.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services and products.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
