Role & responsibilities

• Business Development : Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the US staffing industry. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
• Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc).
• Aptitude, attitude, integrity, and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Bench Sales/Recruitment for US Consultants.
• Experience in marketing the available Consultants, Have placed BA, DA and QA, Health Care or Developer Consultants in past exp.
• Proven successful sales experience / US Technical Recruiting Experience in US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc).
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
• Proficient in using Job Portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source Vendor/Candidates.
• Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Vendor/Candidates.
• Maintain a strong database of the candidate for future requirements.
• Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. Exceptional Self-Motivational Skill

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor Degree with one years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
• Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
• Must be comfortable working in EST shifts (Night Shift).
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company.
