As a Webflow & Framer Website Designer, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Design Team Lead, and other design team members to execute high-quality web projects.

Your primary responsibility will be translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, live websites using Webflow and Framer.

You'll ensure every project meets our rigorous standards for quality, performance, and aesthetic. You'll also contribute to site design, maintenance, and animation.

Experience : 3 to 5 years.

Primary Skill : Webflow, Framer, Webflow CMS, Figma Designs, Advanced skills in animation and interaction design.

Secondary Skills : HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic front-end coding, SEO optimization.

Work Location : Coimbatore.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow and Framer.

- Expertise in Webflow CMS and deep understanding of its capabilities.

- Strong skills in translating Figma designs into Webflow with pixel-perfect precision.

- Advanced animation and interaction design skills to create dynamic user experiences.

- Proficiency in integrating third-party plugins and tools.

- Strong grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering bug-free, high-quality work.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Techjays Website Ownership : Develop, maintain, and enhance Techjays' website to reflect our brand, services, and mission.

- Client Projects : Design and develop client websites using Webflow and Framer, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and bug-free.

- Collaborate with the CMO, Design Team Lead, and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional websites in Webflow.

- Create engaging animations and micro-interactions that elevate the user experience.

- Integrate plugins and third-party tools as necessary to meet project requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues swiftly.

- Debug current site issues.

- Implement high-quality design updates quickly and accurately for both Techjays and client projects.
