Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Communicate requirements and project progress effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and understanding among stakeholders.
- Solution Design and Validation:
- Collaborate with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Validate and verify the implemented solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business performance.
- Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and requirement management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and systems.
- Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
