Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Predictive Analysis, and Generative AI. This role involves leveraging advanced data science techniques to drive insights, develop predictive models, and create cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data science models and algorithms using LLM, RAG, Predictive Analysis, and Generative AI techniques.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Build and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors.
- Utilize generative AI to create innovative solutions for various business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science projects.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data and models.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of scalable AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Proven experience in predictive analysis and developing predictive models.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and related technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural networks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
- Understanding of data engineering and data pipeline concepts.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
