Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Vashi. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring a strong command of English communication. The ideal candidate should be ready to handle HR administration, employee engagement, and recruitment tasks efficiently.

1. HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and HR policy implementation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and handle documentation for audits.

2. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs.
• Conduct feedback sessions and improve employee satisfaction initiatives.

3. Recruitment Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Post job openings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and facilitate the hiring process.

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR functions (Freshers with relevant internships can apply).
• Strong command of English communication (verbal written).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Immediate availability to join.
