TechChefz - Business Analyst (4-6 yrs)

Job Overview :

TechChefz Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role.

This position is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs. and technology, ensuring effective solutions and outcomes for clients.

The Business Analyst will. work closely with cross-functional teams, focusing on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and. prioritize business requirements for projects and solutions.

- Process Analysis & Improvement : Analyze current business processes, identify areas. for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.

- Solution Development : Partner with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

- Documentation : Prepare clear, concise documentation, including Business.

- Requirements Documents (BRD), use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.

- Communication : Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout project execution.

- Testing & Validation : Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Market & Industry Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to inform strategy and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or IT setting.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.

- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified ScrumMaster. (CSM), or similar credentials.

- Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Tools : Knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
