About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Golang for backend development and a solid understanding of React.js for frontend integration. Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

- Implement APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend.

Frontend Integration :

- Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend functionality with React.js applications.

Code Quality and Best Practices :

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver robust solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Troubleshooting and Debugging :

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

- Proficiency in Backend Development with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.

- Strong expertise in Golang for building scalable and high-performance services.

- Solid understanding of React.js for frontend integration and component interaction.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web service protocols.

- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
