We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create data-driven marketing plans.
Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently.
Campaign Management:
Plan and oversee paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Optimize PPC campaigns for conversions and ROI.
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns.
SEO Content Marketing:
Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
Social Media Community Engagement:
Manage social media strategy across multiple platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and build a strong brand presence.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics Performance Tracking:
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad and landing page performance.
Collaboration Leadership:
Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing consistency.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage a team of marketing specialists (if applicable).
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategies, and influencer marketing.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth hacking strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
Experience in B2B or eCommerce marketing.
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
