Business Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator with advanced Excel skills, fluency in English, and expertise in Shopify and Digital Marketing. In this role, you will manage service requests, coordinate across various teams, and ensure smooth and timely service delivery while integrating marketing strategies. You will also leverage your Shopify knowledge to optimize e-commerce operations and your digital marketing expertise for promoting services, ensuring maximum reach. Your 360-degree coordination skills will allow you to collaborate across all departments, ensuring all service requirements are met and exceeded.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage Shopify to monitor product performance, manage inventory, and optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless online experience.
• Utilize advanced Excel to track service performance, manage schedules, and maintain detailed records of service activities.
• Implement digital marketing strategies to support service promotions, manage social media, email campaigns, and SEO, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure 360-degree coordination across all teamsservice, sales, marketing, and operationspromoting effective collaboration and ensuring timely execution.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in fluent English, ensuring all service requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes for service coordination and reporting.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Shopify proficiency for managing e-commerce operations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing techniques (social media, SEO, email campaigns).
• Fluency in English communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to manage and collaborate across multiple teams, ensuring 360-degree project coordination.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-4 years of experience in a service coordination, e-commerce, or digital marketing role.
