Position Senior Product Manager Insurtech Solutions (BPM Automation)

Location Visakhapatnam (Vizag), India
Shift Night shift (USA time zone)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of Insurtech solutions using Appian BPM and other advanced automation technologies. This role demands technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on innovation to enhance insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle using Appian BPM , AI tools, and custom automation technologies.
Architect scalable, high-performance Insurtech solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Oversee RD efforts , integrating AI-driven automation tools, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to streamline insurance operations.
Collaborate with engineering to define technical specifications, system architecture, and API integrations.
Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with sales, customer success, business development, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with the QA team to develop testing strategies, ensuring product reliability and robustness.
Monitor product performance, ensuring high availability and efficient handling of insurance data workflows.
Manage Agile processes, sprints, and product iterations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management or leadership roles within the insurance technology industry.
Expertise in Appian BPM and familiarity with other BPM platforms and AI-driven automation solutions.
Strong understanding of API integration , system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Proven experience in AI tools, machine learning, and automation technologies .
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in policy management, underwriting, claims automation, and compliance within insurance.
Familiarity with Agile development, leading sprints, and working in a fast-paced environment.
