SaaS Infra Engineer

Job title: SaaS Infrastructure Engineer

- Key responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize SaaS tools and platforms, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, and LDAP


- Handle onboarding and offboarding requests, ensuring smooth access provisioning and removal across SaaS tools


- Configure and manage Slack apps to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration


- Maintain and update the Google Marketplace with relevant apps and extensions


- Process Slack channel share requests, providing necessary permissions and access


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that leverage SaaS tools effectively


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SaaS applications


- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations


- Monitor and analyze the performance of SaaS applications, identifying areas for optimization and scalability improvements


- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes


- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to SaaS infrastructure


- Required skills and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Enterprise SaaS applications administration and Operations


- Hands-on knowledge in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, and LDAP administration


- Experience in handling employee onboarding/offboarding requests, managing Slack apps, and Google Marketplace


- Ability to work independently on SSO integrations in One Login and improve existing run books


- Experience in triaging, processing, and resolving operational requests and taking escalations from Ops team


- Able to operate 24x5 and be US time zones friendly


- Self-motivated, quality-driven, with good customer service skills and attention to detail


- Preferred skills:
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
