Sr. Sales Executive / Sr. Executive - Business Development

Role & responsibilities

• Work independently on sales activities prospecting, meeting, presentation, and proposal submission, negotiation, closing and payment process.
• New Client Acquisition / Revenue Generation by Cold Calling, Lead generation and closure of lead
• Managing the overall sales process including identifying the accounts, mapping and understanding the software and consulting services requirement (short, medium and long terms).
• Understand the requirement and suggest solution, document the solution and make commercial proposal and meet & present the solution to the decision maker.
• Follow-up meetings on proposals directly with prospects/client, negotiate and close.
• Managing Sales reporting ( daily / weekly/ monthly)

• Excellent written / oral communication skills and negotiation skill
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter.
