Job Description

A Sales/Business Development Executive is a results-driven professional responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategically prospecting potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting and selling the organization's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and customers, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the organization's products or services, highlighting their value and addressing client needs.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements with clients, striving for mutually beneficial partnerships.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products or services and effectively convey their value propositions to clients.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and regularly report on sales performance and forecasts.
Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence to the organization for product/service improvement and innovation.
Customer Service: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve sales objectives and align strategies.
