• Full Time –Permanent

Mandatory Criteria-

• Excellent Communication in English.
• 1 Year (Complete 12 months) of Experience is required in International Chat (Inbound Semi Voice/ only).
• Work from Office
• Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
• Work Timing – Complete Night and graveyard shifts (It’s not a rotational shift)
• Candidates must comfortably working in night Shifts and Work from Office.
• Week off – 5 Days ( Rotational Week off)
• Both way Cab Facility
• Maximum Age Limit – 35
• Fresher’s, Less than 12 months experienced & Domestic experienced candidates will not be considered.

Interview Structure -

• HR Screening
• Operations Round
• For Chat: – Versant Test (58%)
• Live Chat Assessment.

Documents Required -

• Aadhar Card (Complete Date of Birth) – Mandatory
• Pan Card - Mandatory
• Education Marks sheets – 10th, 12th, Mandatory
• Experience Letter, Offer Letter, Pay slips (last 3 months) –Experience Candidates

Salary and Benefits

• For Experience (WFO) – 3.5 LPA to 4.33 LPA
