Customer Insights Executive - Level 2 | Hyderabad (WFO)

We are currently looking for a  Customer Insight Executive to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad.

Role:  Customer Insight Executive  - U2 (Fulltime/Permanent)Designation as per TechM: Sr. Associate Analyst - BPS

Client: UK Based Publishing House (Product Based)(800 Years old brand)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Location: Hi-tech city, Hyderabad Shift Timings: 12PM till 9:30PM (Mon till Fri/ fixed week off on Sat & Sun) (2-Way transport will be provided)

Experience: 1.8Y till 5Y (In managing UK/US Stakeholders & Working on Excel to create reports & Dashboards (For analyzing the data) & Creating PPT presentations etc)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidates will be working with our UK Market research teams to help & support them in the below areas:

1. Conducting basic market research surveys.
2. Creating Excel reports & Dashboards using the given data
3. Working on different market research tools to update the information.
4. Basic data analysis from the created reports & dashboards to generate the customer insights. 

Required:

Graduation in any field.

Experience in managing the clients/stakeholders from the UK/US on calls.

Experience in creating Excel reports & Dashboards.

Experience in creating PPT presentations.
