JIRA Service Admin

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Admin SME to design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily Jira Service Management.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, and Jira automations
• They will also provide technical assistance and training and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Jira setups and workflows
• This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams

• Assist in gathering requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize Jira setups and workflows

• Jira Service Management : Design, configure, manage, and support Jira Service Management
• Create and support custom Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
• Develop complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
• Coordinate with the primary Jira Administrator to plan, schedule, implement changes
