Hiring ServiceNow APM Developer for PAN India

Mandatory skills: APM, Application portfolio management, CMDB

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure APM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reports for Application Portfolio Management.
• Integrate APM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external tools.
• Develop REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations for data exchange.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the APM module.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and data models.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices.
• Development and Integration:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow APM Implementation Specialist.
