1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

3. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Required Candidate Profile

1. Graduation is not required.

2.Fresher's are most welcome.

3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.

4. Good English communication is required.
