Position: SAP MM Operation Buyer

1. Experience 3 to 5 Yrs

1. At least 2 years of experience in fleet administration or a solid understanding of fleet management basics.

2. Proven track record of supporting, driving, and tracking progress on ongoing and new projects

3. Description:

1. Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order Conversion.
2. Getting Order Acknowledgement from Supplier and updating details on SAP.
3. Blocked Invoice- Price Blocks and Quantity Blocks.
4. Open Order, Unconfirmed and Past Due Reports.
5. New Material Information setup (Info Record, Source List, Material Master)
6. RFQ activity (Identifying best supplier in terms of price and best lead time)
7. Handling Functional Mail box to resolve Queries with Supplier and clients.
8. Effective communication skills.

4. Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
• Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Courses or certifications in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

5. General Expectations:

• Ensure customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
