Role & responsibilities -

1. Provide customer support via Chat for international customers.

• Resolve customer queries and requests via chat.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in International chat is mandatory.

Must have extensive exposure on dual chat concurrency.
