Design Mechanism

EXP :- 10 17yrs CATIA V5 - Mechanism Parts

• Design and development for passenger car Door, Bonnat, Tail Gate, Trunk, Window Mechanism and other Design Mechanism.
• Maximum Exp in Deign Mechanism parts is must. Should be good in communication.
• Should be capable to Lead a team, have customer meetings and guide team for all design activities and deliveries.
• Will be responsible for timely design deliveries without issue for the components.

Good knowledge of Below points:

• 3D Concept development,
• DMU check, Design freeze. (3D & 2D)
• Interaction with supplier for part development.
• Working Knowledge of DFM, DFA and DFS. DFMEA. Testing & Validation and Homologation.
• Participation in Proto part and Series part fitment trial.
• Awareness about complete release process and documentation
• Regulatory / Homologation requirements
• Assembly / disassembly Study
• Location and Fixing strategy definition
• Master section creations
• Gap and Flush requirements and definition.
• Parts Tooling/ Manufacturing feasibility
