Job Description
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Mechanical Engineering
- BOM comparison of the list of variants for the selected product category
- Collection of material information such as Raw material, finishing, mass, area, volume, suppler and its distance, reference document collection etc. for the given assembly structure
- Preparing the process builder to calculate the total assembly and sub assembly weight
- Preparation of the Input file
- Preparation of LCA annexure to calculate the plant energy consumption, are allocation, power loss, wastage, product distribution etc.
- SimaPro modeling for the selected category
- Preparation of the Result file for the report
- LCA report Preparation
- Audit preparation
- Environment Product Declaration(ePD) document preparation & Approval
