Sr Business Associate - IT & Non IT Procurement

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with stakeholders
• Collation and cost comparison
• Knowledge of IT products/solutions (Technology, Cloud...) OR Non IT products
• Hands on experience on RFP projects, Contract Management, Reverse Auction, Purchase Order Management & Tracking, Vendor Management, MIS, SAP, Price Negotiations with suppliers, market research and cost analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of end to end P2P process is a must
• Associate with 3-7 years of procurement experience
• Procurement related certification will be an added advantage

Travel to customer sites as required for due diligence and solution presentation
