Associate Manager - Workforce Management

Role Requirements • Experience of 5 -10 years with relevant experience in a WFM role •

Responsibility :

Key Responsibilities •

Responsible to team with Delivery, Project Managers, Sales Leadership to review open demands, put together a fulfillment plan. •

Provide key metrics around demand supply planning, fulfillment plans. •

Well versed with Bench Management, Workforce Planning, Internal Fulfilment, Internal Mapping, Forecasting •

Understanding the resourcing requirements and skilling needs and responsible for resource planning & allocation of appropriate resources across projects •

Bench Management: Keep track of bench resources, rotating them for opportunities across verticals/Sub-verticals and also keep track of non-billed resources, thereby optimizing the utilization - increasing the Billable HC.

Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's Degree is required, Masters Degree preferred • Good team player, ability to lead teams while meeting organizational goals • Good interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation skills • Stakeholder connect, problem solving , right attitude is critical
