Job Description Looking for Associate to perform regression testing for the UPS HC billing application, to help with automated testing using Test studio and one of the testing tools listed below. Writing regression test cases for model-driven Power Apps involves several steps to ensure your app continues to function correctly after updates or changes. Here s a general approach: 1. Identify Critical Functionalities List out the key functionalities and features of your app that need to be tested. This includes all the major workflows, forms, views, and business rules. 2. Create Test Cases Unit Tests: Test individual components or functions. Integration Tests: Ensure that different parts of the app work together. End-to-End Tests: Validate the entire workflow from start to finish. User Acceptance Tests (UAT): Ensure the app meets the user s requirements and expectations. 3. Use Testing Tools EasyRepro: A framework provided by Microsoft for automated UI testing of model-driven apps1. Power Apps Test Studio: A low-code solution to write, organize, and automate tests for canvas apps, which can also be adapted for model-driven apps2. Playwright: A tool for automating browser tests, which can be used for UI testing of model-driven apps3. 4. Automate Tests Automate your test cases to run them regularly.
