Position :-Business Development Executive ( US Staffing)

Office Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift) / (US EST )

Location: - Sector 06/ Sector 64, Noida

Open Position : 20

Mode of Interview : Face to face only

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
• Need to work in Coordination with the recruitment team .
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must be confident, Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for getting New Leads/ clients and maintaining Existing Clients for US IT Staffing
• Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients.
• Understand the requirements and Clients need .
• Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
