Urgent Hiring - Tele calling/Account Manager/Voice process/ IT sales

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of Aasaan.apps eCommerce platform, features, and benefits.
• Regularly update and manage the contact list of potential leads and existing customers.
• Proactively reach out to potential businesses and brief them about Aasaan.app’s solutions.
• Achieve sales and conversion targets set by the organization.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to better serve clients.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, Hindi is mandatory
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms or SaaS-based applications is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to adapt communication style based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cultural norms and diverse customer perspectives.
