Senior Associate - Change Management/Stakeholder Mangement - Investment Banking (7-10 yrs)

We are hiring for TOPMOST INVESTMENT BANKING company for the role of Change Management.

Designation: Sr Associate.

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 7+ years.

Notice period: Immediate or Serving NP.

Note Skills: Project or change management, Stakeholder/Client Management.

Responsibilities.

- Must have strong stakeholder / client management skills i. ability to liase and coordinate with senior management.

- Basic understanding of the Banks accounting & reporting requirements to be able to understand the current operating model (COM).

- Facilitate study of current processes and documentation of the current operating model(COM) with the help of SPOC's in charge of the current processes across Finance or Operations (as required).

- Translation of current processes (COM) to the target operating model (TOM) under OFS clearly highlighting the role of the each team involved in the process.

- Awareness of IFRS standards.

- Preparation/Alignment of roadmaps, RACI and other global documentation as required during the program.

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of shortand long-term goals - Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

- Schedule steering committee meetings as agreed in Governance model with relevant stakeholders Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future.

- Adapt and standardize with the global Target operating model for the region in conjunction with the central.

- Define training plan for target users under OFS and closely work with the migration and other project teams as required for the on-boarding/Training of users under the respective OFS processes
