Field Sales Officer

Designation: Franchise Associate (Sales)

Working Days and Hours: Mon-Sat, 9am to 6pm (Bike & License Mandatory)

Job Locations : Valpoi, Cargao, Panaji, Anjuna

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Salary package: 15k to 17k in-hand + 12k Incentives + 130 per day Travelling allowance + 400 Mobile Allowance (Not Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inside Sales + Field Sales

• Product Demonstration: Provide product demonstrations, explain features and benefits,

and recommend suitable products based on customer requirement in Franchise store

• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell home paint products to retail stores, contractors, builders, and homeowners in the assigned territory.

• Market Research: Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
